We actively participate in local children’s programs, homeschool co-ops, and serve through volunteer opportunities. Community service reminds us that the world is bigger than just “ME” and we must do OUR part.

Ms. Dustie

FOUNDER, CREATOR & LEADER


Ms. Dustie is a dedicated wife and mother with almost 20 years of experience working with children. From residential treatment centers to private schools and summer camps, she specializes in social, emotional, and behavioral encouragement. With a deep understanding of both neurodivergent and neurotypical needs, she has supported families through these unique challenges.

Founding The Sisu Method, she recognizes the need for deeper connections among children & families. Noticing how mainstream education often overlooks mental and physical well-being, she created a supportive space where parents feel heard and children can thrive. Ms. Dustie is committed to fostering resilience and emotional well-being in every child she encounters.

Ms. Dustie is also the founder of Encourage Me Cares 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable learning opportunities for families right here in West Palm Beach.
